Calling All Crafters!
Do you have old, worn out clothing that you can’t wear anymore? Or perhaps you just stained your favorite tablecloth and don’t know what to do? Well, I’ve teamed up with Storey Publishing to host the Make Do and Mend Contest!
Take your worn out or damaged items and rather than throw them out, mend them! Use my book Mend It Better to help, or use your own ideas.
Send in your before and after photos and we’ll post them here on Craft Leftovers (submit [at] craftleftovers [dot] com) OR share them right on the Storey or Craft leftovers Facebook pages. We’ll keep the contest open until August 1st, then I get to choose the top 5 Make-Do and Menders!
Those top 5 people choose to receive a free signed copy of Mend It Better, or another book from Storey Publishing. We’ll feature all of the top 5 projects on the Craft Leftovers and Storey Publishing blogs in a contest round up!

wow I do not have the before photo of the apron I made from a tablecloth or the one I made from two men’s dress shirts. Dang!
